First of all, can we give it up for Ajays vocals in this video cause she had the pipes today lmao and also I like the album but I think it's more experimental than I was expecting from listening to Flowers initially. That said I think I agree on what I would mark save for Wonder Woman because personally I really liked it and I'd listen to it again if I was feeling a little sappy and the demo of Flowers, which had a very different vibe to it. Kinda reminded me of Blackpink's The Happiest Girl. Hope you have a good week!

I’m not sure if you read the comments or not but I would like to say that the reason Muddy Feet is a build up with no resolve constantly, is because he constantly cheated on her. In 2013, 2018/2019, and she kept forgiving him. So her saying that she’s gonna do something about it falls flat because she went right back to the relationship again and again and trusted him. She’s obviously very angry in those moments but continued to go back and forgive.

I enjoy this album but I can't say I love it. I go back to tracks and enjoy them but haven't found myself putting it on repeat. That said, I do enjoy it and Flowers, Jaded, Rose-Coloured Classes and Island are my favourite - also, Wildcard gives me strong Tove Lo vibes, especially the pre-chorus (so much so I had to check she wasn't in the credits!) I do think this should have been an 11 track album - 5 AM tracks, an interlude and 5PM tracks and have Islands fade out and back into Flowers.

I like the album but what makes me love certain songs is definitely the Backyard Sessions that she did for Disney +. For example I don't really care for Wildcard on the album but the live version of this song is just gorgeous, and Thousand Miles which is already my favorite song on the album jumped to a whole other level with the live version as well.

Glad you reacted to this one. It has some great moments. However, definitely not Miley’s best work though. Similar to your 3 songs marked on first listen, I had 4 marked (flowers, jaded, rose colored lenses, violet chemistry). I was largely underwhelmed off of first listen though after having a gem of a lead single with flowers. Violet chemistry is 100% my favorite off the album and I knew you would love the chorus:) I’m wondering if jaded and Violet chemistry have grown on you enough to get a mark now? You loved the chorus on both of them, and did the whole songs grow on you? Thanks for the reaction ajay and have a wonderful weekend ☀️😄

Honestly this album was kinda meh for me. Im suprised she didnt put a mark on Jaded. I thought it should be the lead single cuz it’s better than flowers imo. I find the lyrics of flowers was kinda simple but maybe that’s just me.
