June Poll and small update!

I sent the link to the June poll to everyone pledging $5 or more, so please check your message inbox! I would like to apologize that it took me this long to send the poll out. Sadly I'm also still not finished with the winner from May (Trixie x Starlight Glimmer). I'm working on the sketch right now and hope to get it done this week. And then I'll immediately start working on the winner of the June poll to catch up.
I'm sorry for being behind, there was a lot going on in my life lately and I'm went through a rough patch with my art. It's taking me much longer to finish pictures than usual and I had trouble staying motivated. The heat isn't helping either.
Of course those are no excuses for the lack of progress, especially since doing art is my job now, I'm trying to pick myself up by the bootstraps and I'm making progress again, it's just taking a bit longer than usual right now. That's where I'm at and I wanted to let you guys know. Please kick my butt if I still haven't finished the May picture by the end of the week!
Thank you for all your support and I apologize again for my non-progress lately. You guys deserve much better and I promise I'm working hard again and trying to make up for the past few weeks. Seriously, you guys are absolutely amazing and I can't stress enough how happy I am that I'm able to draw stuff that I love and that you guys love too. And that I'm incredibly thankful for all of your support.
Anyways, thanks for reading. Sorry for the slightly sad note.

Here's what I think : Indeed you are now an artist, and it means you live thanks to what you create. But in my opinion, you should also find some fun in it. It is important to set and respect deadlines, but it is much more important that you don't get sick about drawing in fear of those deadlines. You are a great artist, and I think nobody here will tell otherwise. That also means I can wait for you to find inspiration. A french YouTuber, MrAntoineDaniel, started to publish his videos quite randomly, as soon as they are finished. This allows him to take the time he feels he needs to make something he'll be happy with. Although some people message him periodicaly to ask him when the next video comes, a lot know that it means that he's still human, and he needs time for inspiration and to give us something to appreciate. tl;dr you're amazing, don't get ill over deadlines, cheers :)
