Fallout 4 - Santa Hat - exclusive access
Added 2021-12-21 02:27:28 +0000 UTC- Merry Christmas and happy holidays ... in advance, I guess. Uploading this now just in case I can't on Christmas day, a quick simple Santa hat.
- FO4's engine can't use displacement maps, at least not on skinned models, so it's flat ingame unlike that presentation render, just something to keep in mind.
- Available to all tiers.
