2025-05-15 19:49:15 +0000 UTCBunnytails is a very patient girl. Lots to keep track of and the reveals are late in the game. I used to rent this one all the time. The version here is an extended cut that’s not as good. Not a lot different, but the theatrical version is tighter. I CANNOT recommend any sequels (I saw Highlander 2 in theaters and wanted to kill myself). Clancy Brown was in a great movie with Peter Weller and Jeff Goldblum called “Buckaroo Banzai”, a cult classic. Very glad Bunnytails enjoyed Highlander!

2025-05-15 01:58:20 +0000 UTCThe series was great up until maybe the last few seasons. There's some retconning but I think it made the lore and story even better. Basically assume that the first highlander movie happened but they ignore that McCloud and Kurgen weren't the last two and there are still plenty of immortals out there.
