For both you and Bunny, though, (in addition to "Godfather II" which is already scheduled), don't forget "HEAT" (1995), with Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Val Kilmer and Ashley Judd. IMDb score 8.3 out of 10; Rotten Tomatoes score also 83%. Wiki states: "The film is regarded as one of the most influential films of its genre and has inspired several other works." Maybe somebody can recommend it as well?

Heya Matthew! Baldur's Gate 3 is a great choice. I'd love to play it. As far as Labyrinth goes, I've seen it. I can mark it down, but you can also try picking something I haven't seen if you would prefer! I've also seen Dark Crystal, but a quick search of movies that are similar to Labyrinth that I have not seen are: Legend, Dragonslayer, Willow, and The Pagemaster. Of course, you can pick anything you'd like!

Bunny already watched all of old school Evangelion back in the day. That's actually why I'm voting for her to watch the new theatrical version "Evangelion 2.0" since she's an old school anime/Eva fan :) But if you feel like spending months of your own voting for her to watch a different Eva movie instead, you're more than welcome to vote however you feel ;)

Ok , first time voting as a patron, Movie: Labyrinth. 1 If you liked Gremlins you may like it. 2 There seems to be very few reactions to this classic out there. 3 It’s got David Bowie 4 it’s just awesome. Movie: The Wind Rises Anime! By Hayao Miyazaki. A mosty-historical tale of a young Japanese boy who dreams of flight but has poor eyesight. So instead he draws inspiration from aviation pioneers and goes on to design amazing aircraft. Amazing love story, too. And it explores setting an appropriate balance between work and conflicting passions.. (sound familiar? It is not an American blockbuster, but I bet you and your followers will love it!)

I'm not sure how I would tackle that as far as voting.. My issue is that I would have to really decide where I would start in that series. I don't want another Parasite Eve 2 and Parasite Eve 1 fiasco where the sequel gets voted for first but then other people vote for the first game then the votes are split between games in the series.

Bunny: agree on Godfather II! I read a lot of the comments and yes, I saw a lot of those pleas too. FOR A VOTE: continuing with my "build the channel" theme, I'm going to propose "Rise of Planet of the Apes" (2011). A good movie, and set the foundation for the modern "Planet of the Apes" series. Box for "Rise" was $482 million. Followed by 2014's "DAWN of Planet of the Apes", which grossed $711 million on a budget of $170 million. "WAR For Planet of the Apes" came in 2017, and this year, 2024, saw "KINDOM of Planet of the Apes", which grossed over $400 million as of July 20. According to the DISNEY Website, the SUM box for ALL FOUR to date is OVER 1.6 BILLION dollars -- sure to draw lots of new eyeballs to your channel!! (P.S.: Keep well !! ... I saw some notes in Discord said maybe you haven't been lately?).
