Easy Access Tagging System

1. Access to Content
Some Patreonis were saying videos and downloads didn't work on mobile or on their Patreon app. This should now be fixed.
2. Confusing Clusterfuck
Scrolling endlessly for old episodes was a confusing pain in the ass. I tagged old content with the following for ease of access:

2016-09-14 15:11:31 +0000 UTCThe MP3 still doesn't open on the patreon app at all. On iPhone safari it does, but always rewinds to the beginning after a couple minutes listening, and you can't fast forward either because it's a "live broadcast" apparently.
