I've always had a soft spot because they actually portrayed what my culture is like, I'm Iñupiaq, which is one of the Eskimos in Alaska. I'm glad it's gotten the traction it has over the years, cause not many people get exposed to what life is like up this way.

It’s still one of the best series I have ever watched. During lockdowns I bought a special edition boxset and rewatched it for the 4th time.
