From shivering alone in the cold to loving families and carefree life in Europe ❤️ These two will forever be in my heart! Thank you to the amazing people who adopted them and gave them a chance to live a happy life and make their lives more vibrant with their present! Thank you everyone for being with me this whole time. I thought I must share these photos with you because I know how much many of you cared. Love😘
