But the main important lesson learnt is - Love life, every second of it. Appreciate all the good things you have! Try to ignore negative people, take it easy, concentrate on the positive and just do your thing. It is the one secret to happiness and fulfilled life.

Quickly, thank you for this video. I loved it. One time, I dreamt I was goalkeeper in a football match. If we lost, we would lose the league. In the last minute a player was running through with the ball. It was down to me. He shoots. I stretched to the right and saved a goal being scored. In that moment I felt the strange, real sensation of falling. I came to, and realised I had dived out of the bed (in my sleep) and smacked my whole body on the bedroom floor!!!

So maybe that's why I loved my grandma. She dead now, but she was a wonderful person with extraordinary experience in life. I can still remember her smell, her laughter, her soft aged skin when I kissed her. Only you know the loss that you feel. Please know that today, my heart beats for you and your family. May your Grandma rest in peace. She will always be with you.
