TOXICity 0.03.0 update 3 and release schedule

Here we are, folks. Right on the eve of release (maybe not that close, but soon). Except for one last-second code fix implemented this morning in anticipation of impacts on a very specific conversation in 0.04.0, just about everything for this build is done. We're uploading files as we speak and the release notifications will be scheduled tonight.

As mentioned earlier, this release is bigger than the previous and it will give players time with both Kallie and Laura to get more of a sense of who they are as people, while hinting (if not outright stating) at their personal dramas that they're holding onto as their situation deteriorates day after day. Whether John or just the player starts to piece things together, you'll begin to see that no one came into the situation without the emotional baggage of their own. Being cut off from the world creates additional pressure as the unknown starts to erode the public facade they've built up slowly gives way.
