Progress report for TOXICity 0.03.0: We're deep into the build, with a few scenes left to render that should be complete by this weekend if we don't get distracted by the Super Bowl. And then there'll be audio coding and a few test runs to ensure the script and scene flow come across as intended. Sometimes, when you write a scene, you assume a certain pacing will be conveyed and until you see it in action, you just hope that it does. Plus, sometimes we get struck with rewrites that make sense as the moment plays out. So, I won't be surprised if we have to tweak a few things once it's all in a playable state.
Now that we have the stage setting done and you've gotten a taste of the initial cast, we're getting into moving the story forward. 0.03.0 is bigger content-wise than the previous two releases. And, as mentioned before, as we get more acclimated to the new software, the work takes less time to produce and we can create improved renders. We've already re-shot a few early scenes in this release just to provide better visual fidelity on the renders.

On the Interim Domain front: Work on the 0.99.0 content is progressing in the background. There's a lot to build and code into a coherent narrative. We've set the new ending up as a three-act story where Michael reunites with everyone as he goes through college and eventually works for Worthington Innovations. Currently, we have 440 new shots and animations already shot and coded into the build with the expectation of a ton more to come.
Thanks for your interest,
