2022-02-15 17:56:37 +0000 UTCVito is mostly right about the phone soundboard thing. Any incoming call you get that sounds like a reasonably convincing person is a soundboard with a person on the other end, pretty much always some PAC disguised as a charity. Automated systems you call into are not.
