Weekly Update – Jumping Back into Chapter 2

Last week I dove right back into working on chapter 2. I′ve finished shaping most of the main story line and also did some much needed reworking of code that were steadily causing more trouble as development progressed.
I also spent quite a bit of money from the Patreon page on resources to be able to create nice backgrounds for outdoor scenes, one of which you can see above. Until now I′ve mostly worked on indoor scenes or images with generic backgrounds. I think being able to actually create good background graphics will help make better looking renders overall and improve the immersion of the game.
I haven′t received any critical bug reports for version 17.5 yet, however I did iron out some minor issues and will release a patch for patrons to fix some small annoyances when the public version goes live. Still, if you find bugs or have feedback, I would be more than happy to hear from you!
