New patch for version 17

The poll regarding updates until Chapter 2 is finished and I will not release any new major content for version 17. However, I of course don't want to keep you hanging with critical bugs floating around. That's why I'm releasing a new patch for version 17 today which should fix several bugs and improve the balancing – food was a bit too scarce.

Just extract the files and folders into your game directory and overwrite any existing files.
I hope you enjoy these changes and am looking forward to giving you my first work-update on chapter 2 progress.
