The Road to Chapter 2

Hey Everyone!

I have good news and bad news.

The bad news: Updates are being moved to a bimonthly timeline for the next 4 months.

The good news: I’m doing this so I can have enough time to develop Chapter 2.

Chapter 2 is the next major feature stage of XXXivilization. What you’re playing now is meant to be one small territory for a larger world, which you will go on to conquer after taking over the starting area. The rest of the world will be filled with even more factions, units, challenges and features that will assist you in your quest for world domination.

I’m shooting for about a 4-month development period for the first part of Chapter 2 and will provide one more sizable update to XXXivilization in two months. During this time, I also intend to add little bits of content to the game too, but overall it’ll probably be a bit less content than you’re all used to.

I hope everyone can understand the need for this slow down and be patient while I work on what will undoubtedly be the largest update to XXXivilization to date. I’ll continue to post progress updates regularly so everyone can keep track of how far along I am and what I’ve been doing week-to-week, let alone month-to-month. As new content and features near completion I’ll also be revealing more information about what Chapter 2’s first update will consist of.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and hope you’re all looking forward to Chapter 2 as much as I am.
