Version 11 public release

XXXivilization Version 11 is now available to the public. It can be played online or downloaded from my public builds discord channel.
Main addition was the Government feature as well as a rather big new event which happens every time you upgrade your town.
I would be really grateful if you could play this version (and have fun with it) and report all kinds of bugs and issues you encounter either through the #bugs discord channel or here or through the in-game mechanism. I will release an update for Version 11 this weekend and would like to fix as many bugs as possible before it gets released.

Generally yes but not in the near future. If I ever manage to reach the "Hire a writer" goal it will get much easier to add such kind of content
