APR2025 - Sketches

2025/04/10 - went a bit into the study zone for the first 10 days of april, so i kinda piled up some sketches and temporarily forgot i should post them here too, not just on the discord server, whoopsies. also been messing around with a more loose approach to shaping anatomy, it's a bit out of control, but maybe that's a good thing!
2025/04/14 - after having gained some confidence in drawing i realized i'm still paralyzed when i try adding tone, color, light or any other things to give more life to a drawing. so i made some studies focussing on light and i think i finally understand how to approach lighting and values now. the sketch of Rakiya sweating will be my attempt at finishing a piece, a style test of sorts. if successful i will hopefully have what i need to make a great belladonna piece and finally open up for comms again.
2025/04/20 - i had forgotten to add a pair of belladonna and rakiya sketches, also added the lopunny attempts which some of you already have seen the final version of.

i agree! being a bit reckless and simple with shapes lets me steer away a more from how i think a body should be drawn, removes some stress
