(literally I will not put a workout I can't personally manage in here!) they are left vague but with inspiration and lots of loving after you're done as a reward! Its my hope we can all stay healthy in the wake of the indoor life that seems to be super common these days! They are always workouts you can do with nothing more than your body or reps on a machine/running! You're doing great and I hope this helps you to stay healthy and happy in new ways!!
