I was definitely feeling self-conscious about my body and seeing people giving compliments and encouragement meant a lot. Confidence is something I'm definitely working on especially with the way my body changed during covid! I went home to visit my family recently, and I heard negative comments and comments about how I need to lose weight it got into my head and made me self-conscious. I have lots of creative ideas but then I get into my own head and want everything to look perfect so I try to wait for *that perfect moment* . For example, my hair looks messy, I have a pimple today, or I'll wait until I lose 10 pounds, etc.
I have to learn that perfection is a myth and just forge forward! And my goal for myself and I wish for you all is to radiate unconditional self-love.

I've been bodybuilding for years and I believe that you looked healthier when you were about 5-10 pounds thinner. Might sound like an insult but honesty -even when painful- can be a sign of caring.
