vvicho has added all of the OP10 cards, however there are several still missing their full effects!
Known missing effects:
OP10-010 Brown Beard red
Tashigi green - if character would be removed from play, rest this card instead
Perona green - when any character is rested by effects
Sabo blue - Same effect as tashigi
Apoo Yellow / Bian blue - Category in play except "<name>"
Bellamy 77 - onBlock missing for ActionsV3
Foxy - Less don than opponent
94 Ryuma - double attack not announced (?)
98 Liberation - if opponent has X or more characters than you. Also, KO two things of original cost
100 Inazuma, 110 Heat&Wire - Cost of my and opponents combined life or less
113 Zoro, 114 Drake- Life less than opponent
115 Event - Life is zero / Trigger - Cost opponent life or less
Known Bugs:
All Dressrosa cards - Effect "Rest Dressrosa leader or stage" rests leader when clicking stage
