I would like to completely redo this cosplay for a 3rd time but eh. Lol, yes the wings are functionable and I absolutely loved how it came out especially for the 30 day time crunch I had.
Waiting for the "Witch's Brew" photos to download, then I'll have those up before the end of the weekend!
