J'Taime - King of Hearts EP UPDATE | August 21st 2025

Hey everyone! Been a while since I posted a big update on the progress for the J'Taime EP ! Two huge things; The funding milestone of 2k USD was reached of the last Reserves set, AND the goals for funding have been increased from what they were.

Old goal: 2.5K. NEW goal: 4.6k USD. Give or take.

The reasons for this: Since I started writing the lyrics myself, I was able to save a bit on costs. I turned that around and started focusing on finding singers for each of the other members to have their own lead parts throughout tracks so I could really make this something special. This of course bumps the price by a considerable amount, and makes the original estimate very much an underestimation. I'll keep putting what I can into it from what I make on coms and adopts o7.

I will say though, it sounds so fucking rad. I am so beyond excited to be able to share these new finished tracks as they come. Assuming patrons wish to see these full tracks as they happen rather than only at the end. A series of reveals on the way to the final song on the EP.

Currently, the EP is slated to have 7 tracks on it.
Track 1 - 100% (King of Hearts)
Track 2 - 80% (Instrumentals: done, Lyrics: done, Vocals:80% done)
Track 3 - 60% (Instrumentals: done, Lyrics: in progress, Vocals: - )
Track 4 - 50% (Instrumentals: done, Lyrics: -, Vocals: - )
Track 5 - 20% (Instrumentals: In progress, Lyrics: - , Vocals: - )
Track 6 - 0% (Instrumentals: -, Lyrics: - , Vocals: - )
Track 7 - 0% (Instrumentals: -, Lyrics: - , Vocals: - )

I apologize that progress has been slow on this X.X. As a passion project, I'm only able to work on this when all of my other work is done. So that + needing to make work to make money to fund this passion project = I rarely get time : ' ). I can't wait to share J'Taimes absolute bangers with everyone.
