An idea I had for a nanite strain inspired by lawn flamingo's and kitchy tropical themed bars. They're made of plastic, have bendy straw necks and spikes for legs. They're pretty mellow dudes, happy to pose and strut anywhere there's wide open space. They're initially from a tiki bar in the city, but migrated closer to the beach. Unlike the Sandmen, they aren't as much of a constant menace to the Poolguards.
I was thinking that there's a bar in-universe staffed by these dudes as servers and bartenders. It's a chill place to drink and made even better by the view. Just watch out for those cocktail skewers. They got a strange look about em
