WIP Post 12-26-19: Chun Li (Fan Flash 6)

I won't bore you with details, but long story short I had real world obligations to tend to which slowed down art productivity. But thankfully with the holidays more or less done I can get back down to business for the new year.
Anywho. I'm working out the kinks on Chunner's in the next joint, and things are looking quite promising :)
