As you may know, here in the UK, there's not much of a Halloween tradition yet—it’s still an emerging and developing custom. However, for those of us with both British and American culture (and citizenship), we do celebrate Halloween, and we do it in style!
That's why this coming Friday, I’ll be releasing a conditioning session with a Halloween theme.
