Inquiry On Changing Things Up

LONG INCOMING POST, BUT PLEASE READ

Hey there guys. First off, thank you again for all the support you've given me up to this point. It's helped out a lot. But today I've got a serious inquiry that I'd like to hit you all with:

After I send out this next fan flash and gif, I'm planning to switch back to the monthly pledge model and I plan to change up the tier rewards accordingly with it. (spoilers, you'll get more stuff, but I'll go into detail on that in a moment.)

In addition to streams, I recently I made my current project list public in an effort to let my clients and fans get a glimpse into what I'm currently working on (see here if you haven't been there already.)

Shortly after, I started getting email inquiries from potential commissioners pitching their ideas to me for price quotes for when I officially open back up. And, to my surprise and dismay, none of the ideas were tiny ones (e.i. 1-2 loop flashes). And I got the sinking suspicion that when I OFFICIALLY open up my new wait list, it will be more of the same.

For those of you who aren't aware, animation of any kind takes A LONG TIME. Even for the puppet style that I use. But it takes especially longer in my case because, unlike some other folks who animate in After Effects, I create all my own assets. Rather then just cutting up another artists pinup drawing and manipulating it, I draw every pixel of the scene myself beforehand and then go from there. So for all these upcoming projects, there will be long periods where I will be working on one thing and not be able to get paid for new work on a regular interval. And I also won't be able to count on reliable freelance during that time because of infrequent scheduling on the part of my employers. So I'm reaching out to Patreon (again) to help me survive in between those times. Also, most importantly, with the monthly pledge model I can utilize the charge upfront option to weed out potential spam bots or scammers from my campaign page, (which is still an issue at present time).

So the question now is "What do we get in return for this?"

WELL...here is my proposal. In addition to the current rewards:

- All tiers (1$ - UP) will get more work in progress drawing, gifs and videos of the stuff I am working on. Be it commission, animated gif or fan flash.

- Anyone donating 10$ and up will get a discount on any regular commission from me. The discount will be equal to what they are donating at the time (example 10$ = 10% off, 15$ = 15% off etc)

- Unless the commissioner specifically asks otherwise, EVERY PATRON will get access to that particular flash 2 WEEKS before the rest of the internet along with the commissioner themselves (obviously).

- The SWF format is slowly dying and I've had a lot of peeps tell me that they can't view flash content on their phones/mobile device. So as an extra PATREON ONLY bonus for patrons 5$ and up, I will release standalone HD video of each loop that composes the particular flash I am putting out. So for example, one of the upcoming Tali Zorah flashes I'm making has ten loops. That means there will be any accompaying ten 1080p 5-10 second looping videos that will go to you guys in addition to seeing the interactive version 2 weeks ahead of time.

- Another important thing to note...I WILL STILL DO THE FAN FLASH AND ANIMATED GIF RAFFLES. All of the above is to just make the idea of a regular pledge more attractive to you all.
