Along with that, I‘ve decided to open suggestions on other couples/ships/characters in Fairy tail or other fandoms you’ll like me to explore 😋

Some couples you could do from other fandoms could be Issei x Rias from Highschool DXD, Ikki x Stella from Chivalry of a Failed Knight, and Minato x Musubi or Tsukiumi from Sekirei. A couple of game fandoms you could tackle are Splatoon (The Squid Sisters, Off the Hook, or Deep Cut) and Nier Automata (9s x 2b). Hope your November goes well.
