Cool! The fact that Iruka knew about Hinata's sexual problem hasn't been confirmed or denied, so it's still a pretty interesting possibility. It makes sense, too, which could lead to a solid theory where Iruka eventually feels guilty about his actions. Maybe that's why he doesn't have a hard time accepting Hinata's pregnancy.

So I’m curious by this panel… this means Iruka got information from someone that Hinata was recovering from being a nymphomaniac and the decided to pursue her romantic. It sort of makes sense. Iruka was a lonely man at the time and Hinata being available and a nympho, gave him the courage and lucky for him he discovered her weakness. And it all lined up for Hinata because all she wanted a nice quiet life and attention and Iruka promised her that. He also wanted that. Unfortunately things didn’t work out and now she’s the masked slut before she got pregnant by someone. I hope this fact is brought up in part 2!
