Help on social network(s)

So I need help, to create, attract an audience and of course populate from time
one twitter,
one instagram,
one discord account
anything else ?
I'm not sure how this can work but I would still need to be in control.
Once everything is working - let say after 1 month- I'd offer either some free commissions or a membership.
I need someone I can trust so preferably a long standing member.
