Vanishing penis fix

OK, I spent like 3+ days trying to fix the disappearing penis bug and as always, the issue is somewhere in the very core of the third-party code that didn't work as intended. I came up with a "postfix" that will just check if the penis vanishes and if it should vanish at this very moment. Then it will just put it back if the conditions are not passed.

So it's not a real bug-fix, but "a fix to deal with the bug consequences". Maybe one of the stupidest things I wrote for this game, but if it helps, I'm ok with this.
