For example, this special. the woman can initiate it, but both have to mash a button or some other mechanic to create a power struggle, with a small timer, like 5 to 10 seconds. should the person on the bottom win,they make the person on top orgasm and lose a good amount of health. and if the person on top wins, the person on bottom has an orgasm and lose like 10% more health from the overall damage of the special. That's just my 2 cents xD
