I had a few weeks of almost no exercise but I'm slowly going back to the gym and trying to lift. It's getting harder and harder to exercise with the extra bulk but I really want to grow my butt bigger, so I'm mostly doing leg days right now, and I'm starting to see results! The rest of my split has been replaced with eating and relaxing though π
In this pic I'm empty and flexing a bit, do I still look like I'm in shape? Or like an exjock? Or simply fat?
