TRY AND STOP ME! I've mentioned it on the podcast before, but I'm half of a band called The Hot Shapes and we are more or less done with our first album, so I thought I'd share a preview with patrons here. We'll have it available for purchase on Bandcamp soon, but mostly we just want as many people as possible to hear the songs, so it's also all on SoundCloud. We'll be releasing more and more songs in the future, we have a big backlog, but in the meantime, here! Hope those who check it out enjoy it, and if you don't, hey that's fine, we're a news show.

Related TMI, I am riding out some horrible nausea that's preventing me from sleeping and listening to the album was the exact distraction I needed. It also feels so special/parasocial to remember Cody being the weird misunderstood new guy on cracked who's sense of humor I quickly came to love and how he evolved into fair+balanced (tm) news dude and also this whole time was an awesome musician. Thank you for being a cool guy and sharing your talents π
