For the question about how to approach difficult conversations with people who hold wild beliefs about covid and vaccines - please consider looking into Street Epistemology and/or doing an episode about it. It is a non-confrontational conversational technique for instilling doubt. Some of the best practitioners got together to share tips on discussing vaccine hesitancy with the HermanCainAward subreddit and it was great. They also have a tip sheet with how to respond to the most common reasons people refuse. I'd link to it but I'm not sure if that's allowed.

I would volunteer to be Secretary of Commerce. Only about 10% of the department’s budget is devoted to trade. It would more accurately be called the Department of Information. It also includes the NOAA, which collects data about weather and climate. Imagine how influential you could be as the Secretary of this department.
