Re the great British bake off/baking show. You do realize that you're following along with the British television? Also, you're bloody lucky with the show on your Netflix. Here in poxy little Netherlands, we used to be able to watch it on the BBC, but ever since GBBO moved to itv, we can't see it anymore. Which sucks. We have to wait a whole year and pray that our public TV purchases the rights to show it, one episode at a time. So cry me a river! Anyway, loved the podcast. Keep up the great work

2019-09-09 20:43:49 +0000 UTCRidiculous as it is, I am actually here to apologize for reducing my Patreon support from $20 to $5; it's not because you guys have become any less wonderful (nothing could be less fair or balanced), but because I just saw my Patreon spending total and it's up over $1000. I was so pissed off at the Cracked carnage almost 2 yrs ago (& so grateful for your content) that I supported all alums as soon as y'all popped up on Patreon at $20/mo., wanting to help you all get off the ground. But, one of the reasons Cracked became such a balm for me was I had to quit work in a boring but professional job when our son's mental illness became more than he could manage home alone, so now I work contract jobs making <1/2 what I used to (+ I'm now dependent on my husband's benefits, retirement, etc.). So, now you guys seem firmly established I gotta reduce my patronage - & for some reason need you to know it's not due to a reduction in value. Sincerest thanks, & I'll jump back up to $20 as soon as life becomes less unpredictable. π
