Eren also laughed during Hannes's death in Season 2, and it was clear he was distraught about it, so if he laughed at Sasha's death.... It was probably because that's how he copes with it. I don't think it was supposed to mean he didn't care, it think it was supposed to mean he cared, but he couldn't comprehend that his actions got her killed.(if he didn't leave, his friend would have come get him and Gabi would have gotten a chance to shoot Sasha)

Her father was an Ackerman, and her mother was Asian (meaning the Azumabito in this case). They were persecuted because of this and thats how they met. That is why Levi would not be considered royalty to Hizuru, sadly. ๐ฅฒ
