Covid in 2024? More likely than you think

My husband had a work trip for his new job, so I decided to follow him down to Tampa, Florida (since i have near been to the ocean)! In a not so shocking turn of events.... I got sick near the end of the trip and once, I got home... I tested positive for Covid. Covid has always taken me down for about 10-18 days on average (3rd time I've had it).
Thankfully, I have content recorded through the first week of July for Avatar and Fairy Tail... SADLY... I won't be able to record Helluva Boss, Demon Slayer, MHA and the triple banner reaction for LADS, due to my cough and voice being horrible. (and stuffy, runny nose, aching)
Along with this, I may not be able to complete the Series Request for Patreon in the month of June: Once Upon A Time. I will try my best to recover quickly and hopefully... I can feel well enough to record, but.... with my pervious Covid Experience... it seems unlikely I'll have my voice back by the end of June.
I wanted to inform you all first and just be aware of the 'most likely' reality that I will still be sick by the end of this week. I still feel 'okay' enough to keep editing away, but... understand I am unable to record in my current condition.
No one wants to see a sick and miserable Zammy~

And thank you all for always being so understanding. I usually only get sick twice a year... but it's always a miserable experience.

2024-06-24 15:22:06 +0000 UTCwell yea even the bubonic plague is still around we create ways to manage them but most viruses are not even possible to eradicate covids a rna type carona class virus meaning it be impossibvle for humans to gain imunity to it compltly rna evolves faster than dna and imune systems are horible at handling rna viruses plus we never eradicated any of te carona family ( carona is the fasmily including rhino virus aka common cold and the flu andf other chest based viruses )

2024-06-24 14:48:21 +0000 UTCoh no!🥺🫶 you’ll be fine just drink hot water with lemon juice and honey or a cough drop for a couple of days and stay away from cold beverages I don’t remember if it was the Powerpuff Girls or totally spies that taught me but I’ve never forgotten that heat makes molecules move fast-in other words, flushes out the bad stuff And they say cartoons rot your brain
