We have been watching Attack On Titan for a few months now and while I have been enjoying it, I notice a massive drop in people watching those reactions on Patreon and Youtube. I understand that it was a show that 'I' technically picked for us, since I wanted to try out a different show then what we usually watch. So I ,willingly, accepted the fact that a part of the Zamily wouldn't be happy with the choice, but I wanted to try since it had been requested so many times over the years.
I like the show, but I always aim to make you all happy! Season 1 will be coming to an end on Youtube by the end of the summer and I'm unsure if it's within the channel's best interest to continue watching the show (low viewership, low engagement, low rmp on all platforms). Only 2-4 people watched the final episodes reactions of Season 1 of AOT on Patreon, which means... most of you aren't interested.
I wanted to check in with you all to get a general 'feel' for what you all might prefer once Season 1 of Attack on Titan ends on Youtube (around August).
This poll is NOT the final decision, but a 'interest check' to see what you all would like to see in the future. There's multiple factors at play that will weigh on what happens and ultimately, a 'Official Replacement Poll' will be run on Patreon and Youtube if we do decide to switch the Monday Weekly Series.
This is not to 'diss' Attack On Titan, but a path towards a solution for us to find a show that we can all enjoy together!

The anime was actually funded by a 'Request Tier' member, meaning a patreon member paid for me to watch the series. At the time, I actually was 'caught up' on the anime. At this time, the series would need to be picked as a Weekly Series Replacement OR voted in on the BFF Tier's Monthly Suggestion/Poll. You can always join the BFF Tier to suggest the series and vote for it to win.

2024-06-10 21:32:20 +0000 UTCI absolutely LOVE AoT. the main issue that others have pointed out is lots of people tend to like season 3 and 4 more because they are so good. THe first season is not bad or boring its just overshadowed by future seasons. also the no regrets ova is my fave of the ovas. if you don't continue to react to it I do hope you'll still watch it on your own time since it is worth it.

2024-06-10 06:19:54 +0000 UTCThe issue I've noticed with others reacting to AOT is that while S1 and S2 are great solid seasons, S3 and S4 are SO good and so heavily rated by the Fandom that a lot of people don't watch until you get to those two seasons, which hurts reactors who have to get through the first 37 episodes that have lost a bit of shine over time. I'd personally love to see you continue it but if it turns out you can't due to performance I'd love to see you continue it in your spare time and maybe make some sort of review video on it 😊

2024-06-07 00:33:01 +0000 UTCA comeback to Overlord or starting One Piece since Oda the creator said One Piece is in last few arcs (probably a few years still) would be nice. One of the reasons for AOT drop ops was the pacing and years long breaks between seasons and a few controversies the series had including the ending.

I even skipped Avatar's weekly upload last week, so I would say Avatar has been given the short end of things recently. -Within the last 3 weeks for Uploads- Fairy Tail Reactions: 5 MHA Reactions: 3 Demon Slayer Reactions: 3 Attack On Titan Reactions: 2 Avatar Last Airbender Reactions: 2 The only other show that beats Fairy Tail uploads would be Dr Stone with 6 episodes, but that was the monthly BFF Tier Vote. That vote happens every month, once a month with varying series that get voted in... so slightly unfair to count it, since those are funded by BFF tier members. So, overall, Fairy Tail has got the most uploads in the last 3 weeks on Patreon.

It’s currently the least performing series on all my platforms and while I absolutely understand the show ‘should’ gather more interest as we go… but, I don’t want to possibly ignore my fanbase that might prefer a different show. So, I mainly want to check in to see how Patreon is feeling about it first, so I can get an idea of why less people are watching Attack on Titan (which is all statics gather from YouTube and Patreon) -50% of my audience on YouTube doesn’t click on AOT reactions -Every AOT reaction on YouTube actually LOSES me subscribers (10 on average) -Almost every AOT reaction on Patreon averages 4 people watching it. So, IF…. And it is a IF, (because I am only checking interest right now) …but… IF decide AOT is not a good fit, it would only be removed from the ‘Weekly Slot’ on Monday’s. I would instead watch Attack on Titan when I have free time in my schedule (an episode once or twice a month). So I wouldn’t stop it completely!!! It just wouldn’t be on the weekly slot anymore. Again, I am only trying to understand the stats I am faced with as I want to always make the most people happy. 😃

2024-06-06 18:28:40 +0000 UTCHey ! I think the best course of action would be to get into season 2 (it's quite short, only 12 episodes) to see where it goes and then take a finale decision then. The finale episodes of the show are some of the most anticipated by the fans while watching reactions and it'd probably increase viewership. Personnaly, I subscribed for AOT. However, you know your channel best and definitely are more aware of what decision is the best. Keep up the good work !

I want to gage interest to figure out if that’s the case or not. :) Because I know the show gets ‘interesting’ the further we go, but I don’t want continue watching it on the ‘Weekly Slot’ if most people aren’t interested in the content.

2024-06-06 18:27:32 +0000 UTCMy current living situation makes it difficult to watch the Patreon timer reactions, so I usually wait until the edited reactions are uploaded to YouTube. Although I can't speak for everyone, I get the impression that interest in AOT tends to increase after certain episodes (especially when you reach S4, but that's not for a while). I'd suggest watching Season 2 and then asking this question again if the viewership hasn't improved.

I use to watch it during Season 5-6, but I stopped in Season 6ish? due to Copyright Issues with Rooster teeth. I was watching the show as it dropped weekly, but they would continuously 'reblock' my videos. It ended up being a DAILY hassle of "Which RWBY reactions will be reblocked today?" That said I would suggest either legend of Vox Machina, an amazing fantasy show about a dnd campaign critical role, or RWBY a great series from Rooster teeth that I think you would love. It's got 9 seasons but the episodes are shorter than most shows.

Saying "I like the show" is just me implying I am happy to keep watching it and wouldn't mind to see where it goes. If I 'love' a show.... I will always find the time to watch it. AKA... Fairy Tail, I love the show and find the time to edit a 'double' reaction every month, because I want to watch more of it. So this interest check is truly just for you all! I want to understand what would make 'the most' people happy. I can always watch Attack On Titan when I have the extra time, but I want to always keep the 'Weekly" Reactions on a show that appeals to the most people as possible. so don't you worry about me CAUSE I'M WORRYING ABOUT YOU MOREEEEE HAHAHAH :P
