Sorry but what the heck are they doing with Chloe? Its like a few seasons ago she was going to be redeemable but now she's just cartoonishly evil with no layers. So its kind of like The Incredibles where superhero's are illegal now lmao and yeah aren't they like what 15? 16 at the most I'm not sure about Paris's laws but you probably gotta be a lot older than they are to be mayor
