You've really done super well with blending in the glow of her staff with the sense of movement from the torn fabric of her robes as the wings emerge. Plus the low-angle of the image adds the sense she's also growing taller as she transforms. This along with the high ceiling and sense of scale from the surrounding atrium really gives a sense of rapid growth and upward movement - especially through the use of so many vertical lines in the surrounding architecture. Damn fine work! :D
