2021-09-03 18:41:54 +0000 UTCI like that the show subtly reminds us that, while things worked out for Luz, part of her not doing well in the human world was her own fault. She wasn’t ostracized for “being weird”, she just didn’t try to connect with anyone. Her mother wasn’t punishing her for individuality, she was worried about her daughter being alone. And hey, if she had gone to camp, she would have met some cool kids to be friends with! Luz only put the effort in because her fantasy obsession became a reality. Yeah, it’s a perfect fit for her. But she did run away and lie to get there.

I am really not sure if Belos is Phillip or not, but Hunter very likely is a Grimwalker made from the other brother. It is interesting that if you look at the picture of the two brothers, it looks like one of them has a paper with a glyph on it in his hand, so glyph magic likely existed for quite a while.
