Also I think Belos has pointy ears so I'm not 100% on him being human, but maybe that could be a side effect of the fool's blood, dunno for sure. It's also my headcanon that Amity was thinking of Luz when she made her palisman (assuming she made it since I'm sure her parents could buy some of that super rare wood for her) because of her kitty hoody, just a cute thought.

And it does make sense that Belos will need Hunter's body for his own use. The first Tamagotchi message was "U R Pretty" (just turn it on its side), which is why Luz was pretty sad when Amity didn't respond in kind.
