Even though Ed O'Neill pioneered the rawnchy sitcom, the Emmys still shun him, even now when he plays Jay Pritchard on Modern Family and the man still can't win an award.

2021-04-26 05:58:17 +0000 UTCit was before your time, It should have been before my time too but it was one the sitcoms to push "normal boundaries" of the time, it actually helped comedy by introducing mature themes and references into sitcoms.

With Children, in which Leela's voice actress, Katey Sagal, played Peggy Bundy. That's why she referred to him as Al and they had her hair look like Peggy's from the show.
