I always found this episode interesting because it sort of highlights how different this version of Donald is. In the classic cartoons, he'd be more likely to get a kick out of scaring people and would probably try and hoard the candy for himself, whereas here he's aghast at the idea of scaring kids and can't wait to give candy away. So that's nice.
