Oh man I haven’t seen that one in yeeaars, I absolutely loved it! I’ve forgotten a lot, but I remember a bunch from the first episode and bit of the ending, but I really gotta rewatch the whole thing. Thank you for reminding me xD

She's seen it, she has a my anime list that has listed what she's seen. I've even accidentally suggested one she's seen before after having seen the list, though in my defense it was on the list under it's Japanese name and I had the American name in my head and the image was kinda shadowy lol. But regardless it's useful because she also includes series she's only seen part of. That way you can give another suggestion instead of using it on one that will be not used.

(Namely Welcome to Demon School and That time I got reincarnated as a slime, especially cause season 2 should be coming up, Castlevania was another possibility but we've done season 1 of it monthly as well.)

If you want something short that you can knock out before the end of summer, and is active, you could react to Infinity Train. Just two 10 episode seasons, and the episodes are all 11 minutes. I remember you enjoyed the pilot when it came out a few years ago, and I know a lot of people, myself included, really enjoy how they did the show itself.
