Izawa can only stop one quirk at a time I think and if all for one catches him he can steal his quirk or use it against all might through force quirk activation.

2019-06-07 22:33:03 +0000 UTCGreat episode! This one is another emotional tear jerker with a lot of lore attached. Don't be too hard on Aizawa, he wasn't able to go because he was too far away. He was probably near where the students started out at and it took them over 2 hours to get there by bullet train. The trains would likely be shut down due to the disaster as well as the roads being blocked by evacuees.
