2018-05-19 23:35:04 +0000 UTCWell, she is stalling by tying up resources by opening so many instances of Capi-Clicker, it’s like opening multiple tabs in a browser window to play multiple Facebook flash games. SQ was calling up her abilities to track her partner, but Mel’s Melonanites are instead prioritizing Capi-Clicker, because heck, if Mel was cool enough to let them play and gave them a reason to resist, why not take advantage of SQ’s now enormously immense processing power to play all they want as a form of resistance? It reminds me of the scene from WarGames, where WOPR was asked to load a game of tic-tac-toe and play it to a zero sum conclusion, and apply it to the multiple war games scenarios to learn the futility of Global Thermo Nuclear War, while trying to brute force the launch codes to win its own game.
