2026-01-31 18:59:21 +0000 UTCHis workout happened everyday despite how many monsters or obstacles he faced and how sick or badly sore he was. it is a pretty heavy regime and his will power made it happen (on a side note; everyone seems to gain their abilities from something they are passionate about like that crab monster guy he ate so much crabs he became crablante, intersecting with some form of trauma or near death scenario , and saitama wanted to defeat monsters no matter how powerful in one punch)
