Sometimes being an understatement, since she's almost always there when the bar closes. No matter what Jessie tells her, she doesn't leave when everyone else does. Nor does her work suffer for it either. "How odd" one would think considering this information, but Jessie hasn't been able to get a straight answer from her as to why she's been able to do this for so long. Thanks to this behavior however, the bar's doing splendidly in terms of finances and expenses. She sometimes even works ahead of schedule and plans for peak days that others wouldn't expect... Again, to Jessie's dismay. Even a being as emotionless as Snow has her pleasures from time to time and even more so when no one's present in the establishment.
