Rules: The ownership of the art and character remains mine, you do not own the character and can't alter the art or get commissions made based on them (if you want to buy art as adoptable contact me directly).
These are noncommercial use so if you are benefiting financially from streaming your game the NPC's cannot be used unless discussed first, but if you're streaming your game free you can use this just credit my patreon.
